We're looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team and help us deliver dishes that delight and surprise.

About the Role

As Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and ensuring every plate that leaves the pass is worthy of Wonderland. You will:

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes to our exacting standards.
  • Manage your own section with efficiency, cleanliness, and care.
  • Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in menu execution and consistency.
  • Maintain strict food safety and hygiene practices at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen team to keep service running like clockwork — even during busy periods.
  • Help train and guide junior kitchen staff to develop their skills.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up).
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
  • Passion for creating memorable food experiences and attention to detail on every plate.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, willing to help wherever needed.
