Position Overview:

As a Leading Hand Plumber, you will play a crucial role in overseeing plumbing operations on our multi-residential commercial projects. Your expertise in hydraulic plans will be invaluable in ensuring the successful execution of plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance. In addition, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated plumbers, providing guidance, mentoring, and promoting a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of plumbers and ensure efficient and timely completion of plumbing projects.

- Review and interpret hydraulic plans, specifications, to guide plumbing installations.

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.

- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members, fostering professional growth and development.

- Coordinate material procurement and manage inventory to ensure project requirements are met.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.

- Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience as a plumber, with a focus on multi-residential commercial projects.

- In-depth knowledge of hydraulic plans, specifications, and plumbing codes.

- Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects to successful completion.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in complex plumbing situations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

- Valid plumbing license/certification as required by local regulations.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
