Zero Gradi Crown is looking for energetic casual Allrounders / Gelato Scoopers to join our team

We're looking for hospitality team players who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences. With the busy Christmas season approaching, we need reliable, friendly staff who are available weekends and public holidays.

Required

  • Experience within a fast-paced hospitality or café/dessert venue (gelato, pastry or café experience highly regarded).
  • Availability for weekends and public holidays (non-negotiable during peak periods).
  • Excellent communication skills, initiative, and a positive, professional attitude.
  • Well-presented, reliable, and able to multitask under pressure.

Salary – Casual award, Level 2: $31.19 / Hour.

Location – Zero Gradi Crown, Southbank.

The FOH role is hands-on and customer-focused. Knowledge of desserts, gelato or coffee is a plus, and full training will be provided
