We are currently recruiting for a permanent Medical Receptionist to join our Chatswood clinic. This opportunity is advertised as a full time position, however open to candidates that are seeking part time and/or flexible hours.

About the Role:


• Reports directly to the Clinic Manager


• Ensure our patients always feel cared for and valued


• Assist our practitioners in delivering unparalleled care


• Opportunity for an immediate start with comprehensive induction & training


• Full-time position

Key Responsibilities:


• Engage in face-to-face client interactions


• Manage phone calls and online communications


• Oversee diary, client billings, transactions, and administrative needs of practitioners


• Maintain the reception area and waiting room

Role Essentials:


• Commitment to permanent hours


• Availability for shift work on weekdays (7:30am to 6pm)


• Must be based at our Chatswood clinic


• Only candidates with full working rights in Australia should apply

Desired Attributes:


• Proven experience in creating memorable customer interactions


• Background in professional team environments


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records (EHR) software


• Familiarity with Genie Solutions PMS will be highly regarded


• Certificate IV in practice/business/medical administration is a plus
