Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning services, including regular cleaning, window cleaning, and spring cleaning, with meticulous attention to detail.

• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized cleaning experiences.

• Demonstrate care and empathy towards clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

• Maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions, representing the company's core values with every cleaning task.

• Maintain our excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas.

• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure quality, including accurately using the clock-in and clock-out system via your smartphone to track weekly hours of work. It is essential to arrive punctually at each client's address and complete the cleaning tasks within the designated time frame.

• Proactively address any customer concerns or requests in a timely and efficient manner.

• Adhere to workplace policies regarding behaviour, including refraining from smoking in uniform, or at clients' homes, rudeness or insulting language.

• Take pride in representing the employer's interests and upholding their reputation.

• Prioritise customer satisfaction by attending to customers and jobs promptly.

• Greet customers and introduce oneself by name and acknowledge customers by name whenever possible and express gratitude courteously before and after completing tasks.

• Maintain a professional appearance and attire to uphold a positive image for the employer.

• Adhere to workplace policies and procedures, including those related to the use of work vehicles and following health and safety protocols.

• Follow safe work practices and always wear the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.

• Attend monthly safety meetings and team meetings to stay informed about updates and best practices and complete weekly KPIs.

• Report any hazards or incidents promptly to ensure a safe work environment for oneself and others.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years cleaning experience.

• Willing to obtain or have successfully completed a minimum Cert III in Individual Support/ Cert III in Aged Care /Cert III in Disability/ Cert III in community service or higher.

• First Aid Training & CPR

• Exceptional customer service skills & Communication

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Smart phone in good working order with active internet connection

• Current drivers' licence and road-worthy vehicle

• Working with children check completed - employee

• Current Police Check no more than 12-month-old with no outcomes

• Must be physically fit

• Positive and friendly /Customer focus
