Position

We are seeking an organised, proactive and hands-on person to support our Housekeeping Supervisor in delivering exceptional presentation and cleanliness across all guest accommodation and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise: Help lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

· Assist Training & Development: Aid in helping train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to existing team members to enhance their skills.

· Collaboration: Work and communicate with reception, grounds staff and other housekeeping crew to enhance the overall guest experience.

· Quality Assurance: Checks on completion to ensure you and your team are upholding the high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Experience: Previous experience in a Housekeeping and/or Supervisory role is preferred – but training will be provided for the right candidate.

· Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire a team.

· Attention to detail: A keen and sharp eye for cleanliness and presentation.

· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear instructions and feedback to team members.

· Problem solving: Ability to handle challenges and resolve issues effectively.

· Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and public/school holidays as required.

Must have the ability to drive a manual vehicle as our cleaning vehicle is manual transmission.
