Expression of Interest Contracts Manager and Contracts Administrator

About the Opportunity

Abergeldie is looking for an experienced professionals to join our contracts team for our upcoming major infrastructure projects on the Central Coast. We are seeking Expression of Interest from both a Contracts Manager ready for a new challenge and a Contracts Administrator with strong project delivery experience.

This is a rare chance to work locally on high-profile projects without commuting to Sydney or relocating. You'll be part of a hands-on commercial team managing all aspects of contracts and administration across live delivery and upcoming projects.

Day-to-day, you'll:

• Drafting, issuing, and managing contract notices.
• Interpreting contracts, identifying triggers, and preparing timely, compliant correspondence.
• Negotiating subcontracts and managing head contracts and subcontracts end-to-end, including variations, claims, risk management, and commercial strategy.
• Managing contract variations, resolving program challenges, and providing commercial advice to stakeholders.
• Monitoring work progress, preparing reports, and analysing project data to support delivery.
• Collaborating closely with project teams and senior stakeholders to achieve project goals.

What You'll Bring:

• Contracts Manager: Strong knowledge of contracts and commercial principles, sharp drafting skills, practical solutions-focused mindset, and excellent stakeholder engagement.
• Contracts Administrator: NEC4 experience preferred, exposure to water infrastructure projects, problem-solving skills, strong communication, and experience managing subcontractors, variations, and EOTs.
