Evolve Talent are currently recruiting Catering Assistants and Kitchen Hands to accommodate some temporary or casual contracts.

This is a full-time role offering regular morning and afternoon shifts. Weekend and public holiday availability may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with food preparation and service.
  • Set up dining and service areas.
  • Provide high-quality cleaning services that support the dignity, safety, and preferences of residents.
  • Wash dishes and kitchen equipment.
  • Contribute to a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment by adhering to quality, hygiene, and infection control standards.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous exposure in a similar role
  • Great Communication skills and excellent attention to details
  • National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
  • Safe Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Aged care experience (highly desirable)
  • Currently hold and maintain a NDIS Check (or willing to obtain)
  • An understanding of Resident Rights & Aged Care Accreditation Standards (desirable)
