A leading healthcare manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Advisor to support its operations team in Old Toongabbie, NSW. This contract role until February 2026 is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and is passionate about driving employee engagement and operational excellence.

In this role, you'll provide HR guidance and support across a range of functions including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, performance management, and training. You'll also play a key role in ensuring alignment with EHS and GMP standards, as well as contribute to ongoing HR projects and process improvements.

About the role

As an HR Advisor within manufacturing, your responsibilities will be to:

  • Providing expert advice on HR policies, performance management, and employee relations
  • Supporting the onboarding and integration of new employees
  • Assisting with training needs analysis and coordinating development initiatives
  • Managing queries related to compensation, benefits, and the TRP process
  • Maintaining compliance with local labour laws, EHS, and GMP standards
  • Keeping accurate HR documentation and supporting audits and reporting
  • Contributing to HR projects, including diversity and inclusion, engagement, and policy development

To be successful, you will possess the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven experience in a complex HR environment, ideally within manufacturing or a regulated industry
  • Working knowledge of industrial relations, modern awards, and compliance standards
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • High-level problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration
