Glen Waverley Bowls Club is looking for a Functions Coordinator & Supervisor to bring our functions to life This is your chance to be the backbone of memorable events, from weddings, corporate gatherings and anything in between, in a vibrant community setting.

What You'll Do:

Manage and coordinate function bookings, ensuring everything is set up perfectly.

Work with volunteers to staff events, from bar service to bowls coaching.

Keep the club sparkling and welcoming—before, during, and after events.

Be the go-to person for hosts, ensuring their events run without a hitch.

Create a vibe and plenty of positive attention on Social Media platforms.

Who You Are:

A social butterfly with top-notch communication skills and a positive vibe.

Totally dependable and reliable.

Hands-on and proactive—you don't mind moving chairs or testing AV systems.

RSA certified (or willing to get certified) and passionate about great service.

Absolutely at home with using and Marketing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc….

A detail-oriented organizer who thrives in a flexible, part-time role.

Hybrid Role - All Admin and Communications can be done at home, Event Management on site
