About the Role

We're looking for motivated, detail-focused individuals to join our installation team. This is a hands-on role, working with tools on industrial warehouse fit-outs — installing racking, steelwork, barriers, gates, and more.

You'll work closely with the business owner and team leaders who lead from the front — no middle management or corporate fluff. If you take pride in your work, like problem-solving, and want to be part of something real, this is your opportunity.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Installing pallet racking, shelving, barriers, gates, and other warehouse components
  • Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Reading and following site drawings and installation plans
  • Measuring, drilling, and assembling components to specification
  • Working as part of a small, skilled team to complete projects on schedule
  • Loading, unloading, and setting up materials and equipment on site
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work area
  • Reporting progress or site issues to the team leader or project manager
  • Supporting other trades and assisting with general site tasks as required

Show initiative — spot what needs doing and get it done

Communicate clearly and work well in a team environment

Have solid tool knowledge (drills, grinders, impact guns, levels, etc.)

Can problem-solve and think on their feet

Take pride in their workmanship and presentation


Requirements
  • Construction White Card
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport to job sites
  • Previous trade or installation experience preferred (carpentry, steelwork, fencing, sheds, etc.)
  • Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet all day
  • Willingness to work early starts and occasional travel
