Great opportunity for a skilled Design Assistant with strong 3D visualisation skills to join a mid-sized, inner-city studio

With a range of quality medium density, apartment and mixed-use projects underway, this studio is keen to appoint a talented Graduate of Architecture with upwards of 2-3 years' experience and a strong artistic flair for 3D visualisation and rendering.

You'll also be involved in design and design development aspects of projects, so this is a broader role and won't be limited to 3D visualisation. You will however, be the go-to-person in the studio for producing quality 3D renders for client and design presentation images.

This practice is a dedicated ArchiCAD (Mac) studio, so prior experience using this would be highly regarded. You'll also need to be proficient working on 3DS Max and Corona, ideally with Unreal Engine, Twinmotion and Enscape (and others) to round out your overall software experience.

Key Requirements
  • Master of Architecture qualification
  • Minimum of 2-3 years postgraduate experience in the local market
  • Proven background on well-resolved residential/commercial projects
  • Experience in ArchiCAD ideally (or Revit)
  • Strong proficiency using 3DS Max, Corona, Enscape, Unreal Engine, Twinmotion (and others)
  • Outstanding design intuition and innate talent backed by a desire to learn and grow
  • Willingness and ability to become an expert on our project processes
  • Excellent communication skills, collaborative, demonstrates initiative
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident
