THE ROLE

We partner with one of the world's leading developers of analytics and artificial intelligence software, supporting key federal government programs that rely on secure, trusted technology to deliver meaningful public outcomes.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll work with the client to develop analytics tools, generate insights, and create clear reporting that helps guide data-driven decisions across a major federal program focused on performance monitoring, policy evaluation, and service improvements.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing, maintaining, and delivering SAS reports and dashboards
  • Applying programming skills to analyse, transform, and interpret data
  • Providing training, mentoring, or guidance to stakeholders and team members
  • Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure outputs meet business needs
  • Supporting stakeholders in leveraging analytics to inform strategic decision-making

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Experience delivering training or education in a data-related context
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and data integrity
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven experience with SAS programming, reporting, and dashboard development (e.g. SAS Base, Enterprise Guide, Visual Analytics, or Viya)
