As a Physiotherapist, you will:

Your Responsibilities

Operational Effectiveness

• Conduct a wide range of pre-employment medical screenings:

• Drug & alcohol (urine) testing

• Spirometry
• ECG
• Audiometry
• Follow up on GP letter requests per client specifications
• Conduct onsite assessments within your skillset and training

Customer Service & Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with client companies to manage their occupational health needs
• Create a welcoming, professional environment for candidates and employees during assessments
• Set up, clean, and reset clinical rooms before and after each appointment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve positive business and health outcomes

Technical & Clinical Duties

• Gather and assess health information to determine fitness for work
• Provide clear, evidence-based recommendations for ongoing care or review
• Maintain sensitivity to patient needs and cultural backgrounds
• Collaborate respectfully and effectively with other healthcare providers
• Ensure accurate and confidential record-keeping in line with legislative requirements

Clinic Administration

• Review and send results to clients with accuracy and efficiency
• Complete weekly/monthly clinic checklists and stock ordering
• Clean and sterilise equipment to meet accreditation and infection control standards
• Maintain clinic readiness and documentation compliance at all times

Financial Management

• Deliver services within allocated appointment times to meet client expectations
• Ensure clinical quality standards are met or exceeded

Workplace Health & Safety (WHS)

• Comply with all WHS procedures, policies, and legislative obligations
• Report any incidents, accidents, injuries, or hazards within required timeframes
• Maintain a safe working environment for yourself, clients, and team members

What We're Looking For

• Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
• The ability to hit the ground running and confidently adapt to clinic operations
