Qualifications & experience

  • Delivery driver experience essential
  • knowledge and License to operate an Order Picker (Fork Lift LO) truck is essential

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Customer Deliveries - Communicate times and any issues with customers - Ensure the delivery truck is clean, maintained, and serviced at required intervals - Ensure all road safety guidelines are adhered to when out on the road doing deliveries
  • Manage Incoming Stock
  • Outgoing Goods - Use delivery manifest to track every item which leaves the store
  • Stock Control - Ensure correct stock comes in and correct stock leaves the store
  • Safety - Ensure all warehouse safety notices are visible and not covered by any stock or other items - Ensure the stock is stacked and stocked safely and securely to avoid any injury to yourself or others in the team and also to avoid any damage to the stock
  • General Housekeeping - Ensure the warehouse is a clean and safe environment. - Ensure stock is shelved correctly by the department.
