Darwin FreeSpirit Resort -  Housekeeping Supervisor

Aspen Group is a leading provider of quality accommodation for families, couples and singles who require affordable accommodation in Darwin. As a Housekeeping Supervisor your high standards will ensure a great first impression for guests staying at our resort.

We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our team, this Full Time senior position consistent high hours and will require you to work on weekends and public holidays.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Pre arrival checks
  • Structuring the day for the team
  • Overseeing the Housekeeping Department with the House Keeping Manager
  • Managing the Department when the manager is absent
  • Cleaning Cabins/Rooms with attention to detail
  • Review standards of all accommodation types
  • Cleaning of common areas
  • Responding to guest enquiries

You will ideally have the following skills and attributes:

  • Fantastic customer service
  • Ability to learn and work in other areas of the park
  • Experience is desirable
  • Team orientated but also able to work autonomously
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Problem solving skills
  • Energetic "can do" attitude
