The Role

We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapists to join our team. This is a diverse community-based role where you will conduct assessments, deliver interventions, and provide professional reports that directly improve quality of life.

Key responsibilities include

  • Completing Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) and mobility assessments.
  • Conducting Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) housing assessments and reports.
  • Completing Assistive Technology (AT) assessments and equipment prescriptions.
  • Undertaking home modification assessments (minor and complex).
  • Assessing independent living skills to support daily life and community engagement.
  • Delivering seating and positioning assessments and recommendations.
  • Conducting risk, safety, and falls assessments.
  • Collaborating with participants, families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals to achieve participant goals.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate documentation in line with NDIS requirements.

Essential

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration.
  • Strong assessment and professional report writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
