About the Role

As a valued member of the Grace Information Management team, you will deliver exceptional warehousing with a high level of attention to detail to support to some of Australia's top organisations and government agencies. Your role will be key in ensuring seamless, secure, and efficient handling of our clients' vital records. We welcome applications from a diverse range of candidates.

Full training with be provided to the right applicant.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out daily warehouse tasks including picking & packing sensitive files

Performing daily warehouse safety and compliance checks

Using scanners, PCs, and other technologies to support inventory and order processing

Assist drivers with the loading and unloading of their vehicles

Occasionally supporting deliveries and collections when necessary (valid car licence required)

Ensuring secure handling, delivery, and storage of client records

About You

• Warehouse Experience is desirable
• LF/LO licence preferred
• RF scanner experience is desirable
• Be hard working and reliable
• Must be physically fit and have the ability to lift boxes
• Flexibility with work hours
• Work well under pressure
• Be a team player with a great attitude and a willingness to learn
• High attention to detail
• Transport experience (advantageous)
  Strong customer service and communication skills
