Senior Software Developer RFI
Due to the nature of clients we work with here at Kinexus and the projects these roles will be based on, an Australian Government
Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) clearance is essential.
These opportunities do not have the ability to obtain sponsorship for a security clearance (including applicants who currently hold a security clearance seeking to upgrade).

About This Role
As a software developer you must be able to collaborate and communicate effectively within cross-functional teams, embracing continuous feedback and iteration. Design, build, and operate modern web applications that support critical business workflows, while thriving in a tight-knit, supportive, and inclusive culture.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Design & Build End-to-End Solutions - Develop and maintain scalable web applications delivering clean, testable code that meets functional requirements.
  • Implement and evolve API layers - using REST/GraphQLAPl development and secure gateway patterns.
  • Containerise and deploy services.
  • Ensuring data integrity and performance.
  • Participate in Agile delivery and development processes.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise production systems.

Skills & Experience Needed

  • 3+ years full stack C#/.NET and React/TypeScript development experience.
  • Proficiency with REST/GraphQLAPl development and secure gateway patterns.
  • Solid background in resilience and background-processing patterns and frameworks.
  • Experience with Entity Framework, SQL Server, and Elasticsearch.
  • Hands-on containerised service deployment on Kubernetes with Helm.
  • Familiar with agile development tools including JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience with version control and Cl/CD development, including GitLab
  • Australian Citizenship and a TSPV security clearance is essential
