Workfast is looking for a Handyman to join our team on a mine camp. This role is ideal for someone with strong general maintenance and repair experience who enjoys variety in their work.

  • $38 – $43/hr depending on experience
  • 3 days per week roster

What you need:

  • Previous handyman/maintenance experience (mine site or camp experience highly regarded)
  • Strong general repair skills across carpentry, painting
  • White Card (Construction Induction) preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Reliable transport and a commitment to safety
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

What you will be doing:

  • Carrying out general maintenance and repairs across the camp facilities
  • Landscaping and general gardening
  • Responding to maintenance requests and completing work in a timely manner
  • Performing routine inspections and reporting issues
  • Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site policies
  • Supporting camp operations with ad-hoc tasks as required
