Experienced Butcher

Bravofoods are a premium meat wholesaler servicing the Sydney Metro with quality Meat, Poultry and Smallgoods.

Bravofoods are suppliers to Restaurants, Cafes, Hotels, Pubs, Clubs and Caterers.

Bravofoods are seeking an enthusiastic, Experienced Butcher Meat Processor that has a proven track record for attention to detail.

They will be assisting in portion cutting all cuts of Beef, Lamb, Pork and Veal for the orders we prepare daily.

Important in this role is in excess of 5 years experience in meat processing, or Retail Butchery, role entails not only hand cutting, but also operating meat processing machinery daily for large volume runs.

The position requires the ability to take the responsibility of care for the machinery throughout this role.

We are looking for an experienced team player capable of working in a fast paced, team environment.

This successful candidate would be expected to cut and prepare orders, weigh and label orders, and will be self motivated and well organised.

The successful candidate would work alongside our Production Manager on a daily basis.

Bravofoods are offering a FULL TIME Position with immediate start.

The role on offer is from Monday to Friday 2am - 10:30am and Saturday from 2am - 8am approx.
