Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Albert Park, VIC for a Food and Beverage Attendant. The attendant will be responsible for serving food and drinks to guests, ensuring a high level of customer service, maintaining cleanliness in dining areas, assisting with event setups, and providing general support to the food and beverage team. The role also involves ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding customer service skills, including knowledge in providing prompt and courteous service
  • Experience in food handling, serving beverages, and familiarity with safety and hygiene regulations
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility in working hours, including availability to work weekends and public holidays
  • Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
