Gaming Attendants

Westmead Tavern is currently seeking  experienced Gaming Attendants to join its team. A venue that is getting busier each week, needs a successful and talented team to continue the growth

Reporting to the General Manager, you will enjoy a dynamic role and continual trainingwill be provided.

As Gaming Attendant, you will:

• Prepare beverages for gaming patrons
• Deliver a superior service to maximize customer satisfaction and experience
• Maintain a clean and hygienic working area and clean up after patrons
• Carry out general duties as directed by management
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant Gaming & Liquor Licensing Law

About You

You will have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

• Current/valid RSA and RCG
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders (suppliers, customers, employees and management),
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to complete tasks effectively and efficiently and accept a certain level of responsibility and accountability,
• Knowledge of Liquor and Gaming compliance.
