Now, we're on the lookout for an Enrolments Officer who brings passion, performance, and people leadership to the forefront.

The Opportunity

As our Enrolments Officer, you'll be the friendly first point of contact for families, guiding them through our enrolment process and ensuring a seamless, positive experience. You'll help drive occupancy across our early learning centres by building strong relationships, providing accurate information, and supporting families every step of the way. This role is all about delivering exceptional parent experiences and contributing to the smooth running of our centres.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing all enrolment enquiries, applications, and waitlists
• Guiding families through the enrolment process and providing exceptional customer service
• Building strong relationships with families and responding promptly to their questions and needs
• Supporting occupancy goals by effectively converting enquiries into confirmed enrolments
• Collaborating with Centre Directors and the wider team to ensure smooth enrolment processes
• Keeping accurate records of enrolments and contributing to reporting on occupancy and enquiries
• Continuously looking for ways to improve the enrolment experience for families

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience, ideally in education, childcare, or service-based industries, however will consider all sales backgrounds.
• Three years' experience in sales, enrolments, or customer service (education or early childhood sector preferred).
• A results-oriented individual who thrives on targets and brings out the best in others.
• Excellent verbal and  communication, along relationship-building abilities, empathy, and objection-handling skills.
• Proficiency in childcare management systems.
• Knowledge of childcare regulations and enrolment processes (preferred)
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisation.
