Conveyancing Manager

The successful candidate will receive:

• Competitive Salary: $80,000- $100,000 per annum plus superannuation.
• Full time role based in our Chinderah office, with flexibility to work from any of our locations - Murwillumbah, Surfers Paradise.

Key areas of practice will include:

1. Strong experience within NSW residential conveyancing.
2. Commercial experience is welcomed.
3. Experience in QLD, VIC, WA, SA, ACT or NT is a plus.
4. Preparing settlement calculations.
5. Liaising with agents, solicitors, mortgage brokers, banks and other financial institutions.
6. Uphold legal compliance including stamp duty, registration fees.
