Red Centre Technology Partners is seeking an ICT Technician to join our IT Field Services Division, providing customers with desktop support services.

This position is located in Alice Springs and is full-time. Depending on experience, there may be a team leader position offered.

The role entails

  • Providing our clients with quality customer service that works in line with the company's core goals and values
  • Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
  • Ensuring the security of client and server computers
  • Supporting customers whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
  • Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
  • Efficiently and effectively communicate with clients on a day to day basis

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience a System or Desktop Engineer role with Small to medium sized businesses
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a desktop support role including Office 365, Backups and VoIP systems
  • Experience in implementing, managing and troubleshooting all aspects of Windows Servers
  • Previously worked in a fast-paced environment managing incident priorities and ensuring Customer SLA's are met.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, customer service driven attitude
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Keen technical aptitude with a willingness to learn
  • Current Open Driver's License (able to operate a manual)
  • Own vehicle
