Our client, a global financial services group, is looking for a
GCP Data Engineer
to join Data Platforms Team to contribute to building the best technology business in financial services.

What makes you a good fit:

  • 5+ years'
    of enterprise data engineering experience in a mature cloud environment;
  • Must have experience
    building and deploying data lakes and data warehouses on
    GCP
    using services including BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions and GCS;
  • Experience developing code-based ETL/ELT data pipelines with performance optimised data modelling;
  • Experience ingesting data from a variety of sources (DBs, APIs, streaming data feeds, and other clouds);
  • Experience with data streaming technologies;
  • Experience with event driven processing and big data processing - handling PII, data formatting & wrangling, data
