With a strong presence across Kingsgrove, Ramsgate Beach, and Beverly Hills, and an ambitious growth roadmap ahead, PRD is ready to scale. We are looking for a strategic and analytical Growth and Performance Manager to help take our success to the next level.

What You'll Own:

  • Growth Strategy (develop tailored growth plans per office and drive agent productivity, market share and client retention)
  • Performance Tracking (monitor key business metrics across sales, property management, and marketing, providing clear reports and insights to leadership. Design and lead performance management frameworks to monitor KPIs across sales, marketing, operations and Property Management)
  • Cross-Team Support (collaborate with sales and marketing teams to boost leads and retention, and align internal teams with overall growth objectives)
  • Lead Generation & Conversion (Work closely with sales and property management teams to refine lead generation funnels and improve conversion rates through data analysis and process refinement)
  • Marketing & Ops Efficiency (track campaign ROI, engagement, brand visibility, and recommend and implement operational improvements)
  • Tech Enablement (support rollout/adoption of tools e.g. VaultRE, automation, dashboards, be a champion tech use across teams)
  • Training & Support (create internal training on systems, performance and goal setting, and run programs to lift productivity across sales and PM)
  • Market Intelligence (regularly review competitor activity, buyer/renter behaviour, and demographic trends, and provide insights to support pricing & strategy
  • Reporting & Dashboards (deliver monthly/quarterly performance reports, build and manage real-time dashboards and reporting systems, control target setting)

About You / Must Haves:

  • Must have previous Real Estate growth and performance experience
  • 3 - 6 years of experience in performance management, business growth, or strategic roles - preferably in real estate or a related industry
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, CRM platforms)
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and process improvement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High degree of initiative, accountability, and adaptability
  • Knowledge of real estate sales cycles, property marketing, and local market conditions is a plus
