About the Role:

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to assist our HVAC technician in the installation of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HVAC industry and work as part of a professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of split systems, ducted air conditioning, and refrigeration units
• Carry tools and materials to and from job sites
• Support the technician with basic tasks, including mounting units, running piping, and ducting
• Clean up and maintain a safe and tidy worksite
• Follow directions and safety protocols at all times

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment
• Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
• Willing to learn and take instructions
• Basic hand tool knowledge an advantage
• White Card (Construction Induction Card) preferred
• Driver's license and reliable transport highly regarded
