We're searching for an experienced Assistant Store Manager, to lead with passion and roll up their sleeves. If you're all about hands-on leadership, building unstoppable teams, putting customers and safety first, and maybe even flexing some VM skills, this is your chance to shape a store from day one.

As An Assistant Manager, You're Key In Supporting The Store Manager To Help Your Store Reach Its Full Sales Potential, Operate Smoothly, And Create a Positive, Engaging Work Environment. To Thrive Here, You Should Ideally Have

  • Management or supervisor experience.
  • The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
  • An ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
  • Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
