Join Caseway at our Northgate Shopping Centre location, Australia's trusted retail brand for mobile accessories and device support, and bring the latest tech to life through exceptional customer service.

Salary & Hours:

General Retail Industry Award 2020. plus, Super and Quarterly Bonuses

Part-time (generally 2–3 shifts per week, approx. 20–25 hours; availability across weekdays and weekends is preferred)

What You'll Do

· Help customers choose the right products and show them how to get the best from their devices

· Create attractive displays that catch the eye and drive sales

· Provide outstanding service that builds customer loyalty

· Contribute to a clean, organised, and well-presented store

· Receive ongoing product and sales training to sharpen your skills

What We're Looking For

· Passion for mobile tech and customer service

· Retail or sales experience preferred but not essential (training provided)

· Confidence in working toward team targets or KPIs

· Strong, positive communication skills

· Reliable transport required due to limited public transport at some store locations
