YOUR TEAM

You'll join our Exploren team, where we provide EV charger management through our OCPP Saas solution supporting private infrastructure owners and internal asset management teams. Our goal is to provide confidence to drivers through creating a smooth user experience and supporting site owners to maintain their operations.

YOUR ROLE

As our network grows rapidly, we are seeking a full-time Intern based in Silverwater, NSW. You will help the team scale our SaaS solution across a diverse customer base, gaining hands-on experience across account management, support operations, and product development.

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Basic Account Management

· Assist with creating quotes, sales orders, and invoices for new customers.

· Help support relationships with existing customers.

· Assist customer requests to access charger information and alter account settings.

Support

· Assist our offshore support team with support enquires.

· Collaborate with our integration team to help onboarding new customers.

· Liaise with the product team to relay customer feedback and new feature ideas.

· Monitor high-value sites for issues which are then raised to the support team

Product Development

· Perform basic QA to reproduce driver-reported issues and log them for engineering.

· Participate in testing new features to identify bugs and potential user impacts.

· Propose platform enhancements for product and engineering review.

· Support compatibility testing with new charger models

ABOUT YOU

· Currently studying a Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or software/computer science.

· Comfortable working with software tools and web applications.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Genuine interest in sustainable energy and electric vehicles.
