About The Role
Digital Analytics SME within our Digital Centre of Excellence, focused on generating actionable insights that drive optimisations across our customer journeys:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of digital journeys to identify opportunities that improve customer experiences and conversion rates
- Define and test tagging/tracking requirements to ensure effective data capture and integrity across platforms
- Build, improve and automate digital reporting suite to enhances data literacy among stakeholders
- Collaborate with CRO specialists to identify testing opportunities and apply robust statistical analysis to validate and quantify results
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing teams to maximize ROI on digital marketing investments
- Identify and lead initiatives to advance our digital analytics maturity
- Articulate compelling insights to diverse stakeholders, building consensus for data-driven decisions
- Strategically prioritize initiatives within journey/product squads to maximize business impact and resource efficiency
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology or a related field
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with digital analytics platforms, particularly Adobe Analytics and Contentsquare, with proven success delivering actionable insights
- Strong command of digital performance metrics, customer journey mapping, and funnel optimization techniques
- Demonstrated experience working in agile project environments
- Advanced ability to navigate complex datasets and proactively identify and resolve data quality issues
- Exceptional communication skills that enable you to translate technical findings into compelling business narratives
- Genuine curiosity and passion for digital experiences and customer-centred design
