MUST HAVE COFFEE BARISTA EXPERIENCE.

Customer Service

  • Greet and serve customers warmly and efficiently.
  • Take and process orders accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Beverage Preparation

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
  • Maintain high standards of coffee quality and presentation.

Cafe Operations

  • Assist with cafe set-up and closing procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the cafe.
  • Restock supplies as needed.
  • Assist with general cafe maintenance.

Cash Handling

  • Process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle cash and card transactions securely.
  • Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced cafe environment is great, but we love to teach as long as you're willing to learn..
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Food handling and hygiene certificates are highly regarded.
  • Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about coffee culture is a must.
