What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a skilled chef with a strong background in Italian cuisine who can help maintain and elevate our menu. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is passionate, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes to a high standard
  • Assist in menu planning and dish creation
  • Maintain a clean, organised and compliant kitchen
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
  • Manage stock, ordering, and kitchen operations when required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a chef (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine (including pasta, risotto, and sauces)
  • Ability to work under pressure and lead a small team
