Are you a master of aluminium welding looking for your next career move?

We're Queensland's premier gate automation company, and we need an experienced aluminium welder who can hit the ground running. After 28 days of searching, we're ready to pay top dollar for the RIGHT person.

What We're Offering:

  • $43- $50 per hour (based on experience and skills demonstration)
  • Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (NO weekends, NO overtime pressure)
  • Immediate casual start with fast-track to permanent for the right candidate
  • Work with premium materials and state-of-the-art equipment
  • Join a stable, established team (9+ years in business)

What You Must Have:

  • PROVEN aluminium TIG/MIG welding expertise (we'll test your skills)
  • Trade qualification OR equivalent hands-on experience
  • Experience with fabrication from technical drawings
  • Physical capability for work
  • Own transport to our Yamanto workshop

The Role:

  • Fabricate premium aluminium gates and fencing
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Maintain our industry-leading quality standards
  • Support our busy production schedule
