The Role
Due to rapid growth and upcoming projects in 2025, we are looking for an experienced Project Leader to join our growing team.
The role requires effective project supervision on various Turf Projects (valued between 20k - $10m) across Victoria.
The role will work within the management team and report directly to the Managing Director.
Projects will be based in the Melbourne metro

To be successful in obtaining this position the candidate must have the following:
- Minimum 1 years' managing project experience within the Civil Industry or Sports Field Construction
- Preferred tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction or civil
- GPS and Total Station experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong relationships
- Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with project management software
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Ability to prioritise scheduled work requirements and effectively meet deadlines
- Demonstrable experience in cost management of projects
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to be adaptable and reliable with a strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Oversee project delivery in accordance with established timelines, through the coordination of subcontractors, site staff, suppliers, consultants and stakeholders.
- Prepare scope of work documentation for subcontractors.
- Organise site access, logistics and procurement of materials for each project
- Ensure site specific WHS systems are established and adhered to
- Manage project budgets and work schedules
- Manage, track and report progress to key stakeholders
- Audit projects to ensure best-practice installation and compliance
- Maintain key customer relationships through regular communication and reporting
- Identifying and resolving project issues or conflicts.
- Participating in project meetings and calls.
- Assisting senior project managers with other tasks as needed.
- Operate within budget and monitor variations
