About the Role

Our practice is Grafton's longest-running clinic, known for its excellent reputation and loyal patient base. You'll join a supportive multidisciplinary team of 6 Physiotherapists, an Exercise Physiologist, and a Dietitian, backed by fantastic admin staff.

We offer rehabilitation classes, Pilates, hydrotherapy, and exercise programs in our on-site gym. You'll enjoy a diverse caseload across musculoskeletal, NDIS, work cover, and sports presentations, with opportunities to develop your niche interests.

We value ongoing education, teamwork, and genuine care for both our patients and staff. Our structured graduate training and mentorship program draws on over 20 years of clinical experience, ensuring you feel confident and supported as you grow.

What's on Offer

• Salary: $75,000–$100,000 (depending on experience and room to grow) + performance-based bonuses
• Career Pathway: Mentorship in year one, progression to professional development and leadership roles
• Structured Training: Up to 2 hours per week of paid tutorials, case reviews & shadowing
• Quarterly CPD: Paid 3-hour in-services & regular clinical meetings
• Annual CPD Allowance: $1,500
• Relocation Package: Up to $5000 (conditions apply)
• On-site rehab gym: Pilates & strength equipment, classes, hydrotherapy (off-site)
• Full admin support
• 2-year minimum contract

Essential Criteria

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (New Grads welcome)
• Bonus points for training in women's health
• AHPRA registration
• Professional indemnity & public liability insurance
• NSW Working with Children Check & National Police Check (within 12 months)
• Current driver's licence
• Positive team player with strong patient focus
• Enthusiasm for ongoing professional development and evidence-based care
