As a Senior Accountant/ Senior Tax Accountant, you will:

• Perform all core responsibilities listed above, including client service, tax planning, and preparation of BAS, financials, and tax returns
• Take ownership of high-value client relationships, providing strategic tax and business advisory services
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering their growth while managing complex client portfolios
• Lead key client projects with autonomy, ensuring strategic goals are met and delivering exceptional outcomes
• Shape and refine business processes, contributing to the overall development of the firm's client services
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth

As an Accountant/ Intermediate Accountant/ Tax Accountant, you can expect to:

• Has experience in public practice
• Is working towards or has completed their CA/CPA qualification
• Has proficiency in compliance tasks, reconciliation and tax planning

• Is a strong communicator, who can interact confidently with clients and guide the team
• Passionate about mentoring others and developing leadership skills to take on managerial responsibilities
