Compounding Pharmacist

Full-Time Opportunity - Work across our Fulham Gardens & Salisbury Stores

At Pharmacy + Co, we create personalised solutions that improve our patients health and wellbeing. With our compounding services growing rapidly, we're looking for an experienced Compounding Pharmacist to help shape the next phase of our journey.

This flexible role involves working across both our Fulham Gardens and Salisbury compounding hubs, with a strong focus on product formulation, manufacturing, and patient-focused care.

What You'll Do

• Formulate and manufacture non-sterile compounded medications according to prescribed requirements with precision and care.
• Contribute to the compounding lab operations across both locations.
• Uphold all compounding and pharmacy best practiceand professional standards.
• Manage your own workflow while contributing to a team that values shared success.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) with current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 2 years of compounding experience (essential).
• Demonstrated skills in formulation, manufacturing, and quality control of compounded products.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work across both our Fulham Gardens and Salisbury compounding hubs.
• A genuine passion for patient care and pharmacy innovation.
