We are seeking a Development Coordinator to support our Development Team The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative and organisational skills, be a great team player who can work collaboratively and wants to begin their career within the property development sector.

Rivergum Projects is South Australia's leading medium density residential developer, with a new home pipeline of more than $500M to deliver in trading and secured projects across metropolitan Adelaide. About the role

You will be providing administrative support to our Development Team and learning first-hand how the property development life cycle works.

  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Coordinate and assist at meetings, prepare agendas, take accurate minutes and follow up action items.
  • Handle correspondence, emails and communications on behalf of the team.
  • Collate information and assist with preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Conduct research as requested.
  • Assist in achieving re-zoning, planning approvals, demolitions, subdivisions, civil engineering works, development approvals, etc in a timely manner.

This is a great opportunity to learn and assist in managing all aspects of project delivery including identification, assessment, development and construction workflow

About you

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-starter. The right candidate for this position will have:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Preference for a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Property Valuation, Planning or Project Management.
  • Experience within the construction or property industry will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
  • Sound computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Reliable car and current driver's licence.
