Itoh Talent Partners is proud to be partnering with a leading professional services organisation to recruit a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to support a predominantly business services portfolio in a true partnering capacity.

Due to an internal promotion, you will join a well-resourced and collaborative People & Culture team. In this role, you will work closely with leaders to uplift capability, drive engagement, and support employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching, advice and support to leaders across the employee lifecycle
  • Partner with leaders to investigate and manage ER matters, adapting strategies to each scenario to minimise risk and safeguard the business
  • Analyse data and reporting to identify trends and implement solutions to people-related challenges
  • Scope, design and facilitate team effectiveness, engagement and capability workshops
  • Proactively anticipate business needs and identify internal and external opportunities or risks impacting culture and performance
  • Recommend and implement improvements to P&C and business processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in a HR generalist role, with demonstrated business partnering capability - ideally within professional services
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Sound knowledge of current HR and ER principles, legislation and trends
  • Experience developing and implementing people systems, programs and processes
  • Proven end-to-end project management experience
  • Experience supporting transformation and change initiatives
  • Ability to coach and mentor junior team members
