Role: Technical Support Engineer
Location: Sydney, Australia
Your Responsibilities:
- Technical Support & Field Service
Assist with product testing, system troubleshooting, installation support
Support local customers, installers, EPC and distributors
Help analyze system performance and propose improvements
- Solution & System Design
Design PV & ESS system configurations
Support senior engineers in sizing, configuration, and optimization
Review safety standards and compliance guides
- Customer & Partner Engagement
Participate in technical training sessions and workshops
Prepare technical materials, FAQs, guides for local partners
Help answer product and solution inquiries
- Market Feedback & Reporting
Collect customer feedback and summarize common issues
Support reporting on product performance and solution adoption
What We Are Looking For:
· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or related majors.
· Strong interest in solar PV, battery storage and green energy technologies.
· Good analytical mindset and hands-on attitude.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· Willingness to support field work occasionally (installations, tests, site visits, etc.).
· Curiosity, self-learning ability, and resilience.
· Fluent in English, mandarin language skills is a plus.
· Internship or project experience in renewable energy is a plus.
