We're looking for an
AI Training All-Rounder
– someone who can seamlessly move between delivering engaging workshops, designing practical learning experiences, and keeping our internal team ahead of the curve on AI trends and tools.

You'll be the bridge between complex AI concepts and real human understanding, helping organisations work smarter while staying authentically human.

What You'll Do (The All-Rounder Bit)

Deliver Training:

• Lead interactive, jargon-free workshops and speaking engagements for our "Learn Together" clients
• Facilitate both in-person and virtual sessions that make AI feel relevant and exciting
• Present to diverse audiences – from C-suite executives to frontline teams
• Turn complex AI concepts into tangible, actionable moments

Design Training:

• Create practical, people-first learning experiences tailored to different industries and AI maturity levels
• Develop resources that actually work – cheat sheets, toolkits, exercises that people will use
• Design learning pathways that fit each organisation's team, pace, and purpose
• Collaborate on our "Work Together" consultancy projects to embed learning into real solutions

Upskill Our Team:

• Keep Knowello's internal team at the forefront of AI changes and trends
• Research and evaluate emerging AI tools and their practical applications
• Share insights on industry developments and how they impact our clients
• Help shape our service offerings based on what's coming next in the AI landscape

What You'll Bring

The Foundation (2–4 years experience in):

• Training delivery, facilitation, or learning design
• Customer onboarding, product enablement, or digital adoption
• Workshop facilitation or public speaking

The All-Rounder Skills:

• Communication
  : Can make complex ideas simple, engaging, and human
• Adaptability
  : Comfortable switching between delivery, design, and research modes

  : Genuinely excited about AI and how it can enhance (not replace) human work
• Learning Agility
  : Quick to get hands-on with new tools and translate them for others

  : Can see both the big picture and practical implementation steps

• Comfortable leading sessions in front of groups (our bread and butter)
