About the position: Senior Associate - Litigation

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned litigator ready to elevate their career. Our client is seeking a Senior Associate with a passion for dispute resolution and strategic case management to join their Commercial Litigation team. You'll work closely with an accomplished Partner with dual expertise in litigation and taxation, driving complex and high-value disputes across a diverse legal landscape.

This role is central to the firm's litigation function, offering immediate involvement in significant matters including regulatory investigations, contractual disputes, shareholder conflicts, and intellectual property litigation. You'll also help shape the future of the team, with a defined pathway toward leading your own litigation division.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-10 years PAE in commercial litigation (private practice)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex disputes and high-volume files
  • Ability to achieve targets and perform
  • Superior drafting and legal analysis skills
  • Strategic thinker with leadership aspirations
  • Comfortable managing client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers
  • Strong alignment with a team-focused, collaborative culture
