About the role

We are currently looking for a Part-Time All-Rounder to join our team. This role will require you to work across both areas, which will include general front office receptionist duties, as well as the cleaning of tourist cabins, amenities, and common areas. This opportunity is at Blue Gum Northside Cabin Park. Located only a short 15-minute drive into the CBD of Melbourne City. This park offers a large selection of accommodation options to suit every budget.

The successful applicant must possess;

  • Experience in the holiday park/hotel/hospitality industry in a similar role.
  • Reservation System Experience e.g., RMS preferable, although training will be provided for the successful applicant.
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Hands on participation in the cleaning of all buildings and accommodation areas as directed by management.
  • Be able to work unsupervised, and as part of a team.
  • High level of communication and written skills
  • Cash handling experience
  • Broad level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent personal presentation with a friendly disposition
  • Have a willingness to carry out various tasks as required.
  • Available to be rostered over a 7-day rotating roster including weekends (days/times will vary each week)
  • Be available for an immediate start.
