About the role

Wyndham Physio and Rehabilitation is seeking a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist/clinical Pilates to join our team on a casual or part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, in a supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

The successful applicant will demonstrate strong clinical reasoning skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice, with the added opportunity to deliver Clinical Pilates programs as part of our rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy interventions and Clinical Pilates sessions.
  • Collaborate effectively with other allied health professionals to achieve optimal client outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with professional and organizational standards.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and quality improvement of our physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates services.

Essential Criteria

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification).
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience, preferably in private practice or rehabilitation settings.
  • Demonstrated experience and/or training in Clinical Pilates (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
