• We are seeking dedicated staff to join our Landscape Maintenance Teams responsible for maintaining both commercial and residential properties.


• Your role will involve ensuring that our clients' needs are met, and that the quality of workmanship remains at a high standard.


• Candidates should have experience in Landscape Maintenance / Grounds Maintenance and possess a strong work ethic, reliability, and motivation. A genuine passion for your work is essential.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions from your Team Leader are crucial. This hands-on position is perfect for those passionate about gardening and landscape maintenance, with a dedication to outdoor work.

Experience in the following is desirable:


• Self-Propelled Mowing


• Zero-Turn Mowing


• Whipper Snipping


• Edging


• Blowing


• Hedge Trimming


• Minor Tree & Shrub Trimming


• Weed Spraying


• General Garden Maintenance


• Non-Structural Landscaping


• Pressure Cleaning

Requirements:


• Absolute commitment to producing flawless results.


• Fit and healthy, physical outdoor work involved.


• Willing to learn the skills required to be part of a highly professional team.


• A team player.


• Able to work occasional Saturdays –as the workflow requires.


• Have reliable transport to and from work – we are based in Logan Village.


• Open Drivers license essential.


• Blue Card is essential - or be able to obtain one immediately.


• Current Police Check - or be able to obtain one immediately.


• Construction White Card considered an advantage.


• Truck licence considered an advantage.


• Apprenticeships are also considered for suitable candidates.


• Immediate start Up to 5-6 days per week - for the right team member(s).
