About the role

The position drives consistency, visibility, and accountability across all program activities, while managing interdependencies and mitigating delivery risks to achieve the strategic goal of fostering a culture of belonging and excellence in care. Duties will include:

  • Lead governance and performance: oversee the design and coordination of governance structures, monitor program milestones, and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Engage stakeholders: build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Proactively identify and address delivery risks, manage program interdependencies, and escalate issues with clear action plans.
  • Oversee financials and change integration: manage program budgets, ensure accurate financial tracking, and coordinate activities to embed changes into business

About you

  • Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple workstreams, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks and ability to design and coordinate governance structures.
  • Strong leadership skills including the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks effectively.
  • Competence in managing budgets, tracking expenditure, and reporting on financial performance.
  • Skilled in analysing complex issues, managing interdependencies and developing practical solutions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in the application of techniques to prioritise initiatives and business requirements.
