We have a new opportunity for a Program Manager to join our People and Transformation team. Reporting to our Chief People and Transformation, this position is responsible for leading the strategic execution of initiatives to deliver transformative improvements in care quality and experience.

- Based in our office on Hay Street, West Perth
- Flexible working arrangements including the opportunity to work from home
- We work a minimum of 3 days in the office per week
About the role
The position drives consistency, visibility, and accountability across all program activities, while managing interdependencies and mitigating delivery risks to achieve the strategic goal of fostering a culture of belonging and excellence in care. Duties will include:
- Lead governance and performance: oversee the design and coordination of governance structures, monitor program milestones, and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Engage stakeholders: build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.
- Proactively identify and address delivery risks, manage program interdependencies, and escalate issues with clear action plans.
- Oversee financials and change integration: manage program budgets, ensure accurate financial tracking, and coordinate activities to embed changes into business
About you
- Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple workstreams, timelines, and deliverables.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks and ability to design and coordinate governance structures.
- Strong leadership skills including the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks effectively.
- Competence in managing budgets, tracking expenditure, and reporting on financial performance.
- Skilled in analysing complex issues, managing interdependencies and developing practical solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in the application of techniques to prioritise initiatives and business requirements.
