About the role

This is an exciting full-time opportunity to join the Think Water team in Alice Springs, NT as a Trade Sales Team Member. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and sales support to our trade customers, contributing to the continued growth and success of our local Think Water branch.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing outstanding customer service and sales support to Think Water's trade customers
  2. Assisting customers with product selection, order fulfilment, and delivery coordination
  3. Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels to ensure customer needs are met
  4. Actively promoting Think Water's products and services to new and existing customers
  5. Developing strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  6. Supporting the overall operations of the Think Water Alice Springs branch

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the retail or trade industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  3. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
  4. Familiarity with inventory management and order fulfilment processes
  5. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  6. A positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude
